Viewing log entries

I've set up my codes and entered in data but the entries aren't showing up on the log in each contact screen. It tells me that there are 4 log entries and the word "log entries" is in blue and underlined (giving the assumption that you can click on that and see history - which I can't) but only one entry appears on the log. Have I set something up in my code incorrectly?

Could be - check the code
Please check the codes, look to see if anything like "Hide in Public History" has been accidentally checked. Also, are you logging in with admin permission? It could also be that your user account does not have the right privileges.
