Log Reports Not Working

When running a report using the Basic Log Entry Export...it doesn't work! I can see the entries related to the log code when I run other reports, but I can't get this particular report to run. It continually tells me that "no records were found matching my criteria" when I know there are.
Sometimes, out of the blue, it will work, but not very often.
This problem just started this week. I have never had trouble before.
The other reports all seem to be fine, and I can run a find in the contact view and they line up just like they should.
