Printing Complete Donor History to File
Submitted by anne@northernwo... on Tue, 2008-03-11 06:28.Our database contains 1543 donors. We would love to have access to the CDH, but if we were to print it, it would be well over 2000 pages, and extremely difficult to search.
I have printed it to file, but I can't figure out which type of file it is. I can't open it with the usual MS applications, or in any Adobe apps.
Email problem
Submitted by donate@hub25.org on Mon, 2008-03-03 10:13.When I try to send an email through ebase, I get this message:

I can send the email from the email address directly (not through ebase).
Anybody have any idea what's going on here? If so, please contact me at courtney@hub25.org.
Yarding Out Accurate Payment Data from the Past
Submitted by anne@northernwo... on Tue, 2008-02-19 14:23.Hello. I was trying to compare the efficacy of our different appeals and was dismayed to discover that the .csv file that I exported wasn't what I was expecting.
I was searching for everyone who had a certain solicitation log code used in the past, and accompanying payment. My list of contacts was accurate, but the payment on the report was the latest payment that they made, not the one from the past that I was looking for.
Log Reports Not Working
Submitted by Cheri Martin on Tue, 2008-02-19 14:20.When running a report using the Basic Log Entry Export...it doesn't work! I can see the entries related to the log code when I run other reports, but I can't get this particular report to run. It continually tells me that "no records were found matching my criteria" when I know there are.
