My goal is to have a list of all the people who gave a gift of membership and their gift recipients. I have been setting up community links between them (giftee and giftor) for over a year.

Our database contains 1543 donors. We would love to have access to the CDH, but if we were to print it, it would be well over 2000 pages, and extremely difficult to search.

I have printed it to file, but I can't figure out which type of file it is. I can't open it with the usual MS applications, or in any Adobe apps.

Hello. I was trying to compare the efficacy of our different appeals and was dismayed to discover that the .csv file that I exported wasn't what I was expecting.

I was searching for everyone who had a certain solicitation log code used in the past, and accompanying payment. My list of contacts was accurate, but the payment on the report was the latest payment that they made, not the one from the past that I was looking for.

Is there some way of exporting non-PCL data for a report? Specifically, which fields correspond to non-PCL data?

For example, I have a contact that has a primary location and two other locations. Each of those other locations has a phone number. How can I include these "other" (non-PCL) phone numbers in an export?

I'm using ebasepro 2.11 on a PC and want to export information about an organization, including their primary organizational contact. That is, I want to send the organization a letter to the attention of the POC.

How do I retreive a list of current members from a past date? For example, can I generate a list of members that had a current membership status on 10/15/06?
